The Process
To secure your puppy, we ask for a $500 deposit, which comes off the total puppy price. The deposit is refundable in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your puppy, and may be partially refunded at Sophie’s discretion if you need to withdraw due to exceptional circumstances.
If you’d like to chat before going ahead, we’re more than happy to arrange a FaceTime call so we can answer any questions, introduce you to Estella and, of course, show you the puppies!
If we haven’t received your deposit or remittance advice within two days of this email, we’ll touch base with you before offering the opportunity to the next family on our waiting list.
We’re so excited for you — and hopefully this is the beginning of a very special little addition to your family.
What's next?
Once your deposit has been paid, we’ll invite you to come and meet the puppies in person. As the puppies are being raised in our family home, we ask that visits are limited to a maximum of two people.
If you’ve been following along on social media (highly recommended for plenty of puppy spam!) and already have a favourite, please let us know. We’ll do our best to reserve your preferred puppy for you.
From there, we’ll keep you updated with litter photos and individual photos of your chosen pup, along with little updates about the personality traits we start to see emerging. At around six weeks old, their individual personalities really begin to shine through.

And then… let the puppy spam begin! 🐶🤍
In the final weeks of our raising the pups, we'll begin to sort out contracts of sale and send those through to be signed and returned.
The outstanding balance will need to be paid in cash when it's time to collect your pup.
What are we paying for, you ask? Fair question!
We understand that a brand new puppy is a big investment, both of your time and funds. Your puppy is being raised indoors, sleeping inside in a heated room, having the run of the house and back yard. We have spent the last four years finessing the breeding process by having Frankie and Estella undergo DNA testing, regularly consulting with Armstrong Creek Vet Clinic, researching, pouring heart and soul into this batch of Grandbabies and staying home with them 24/7. We are members of Responsible Pet Breeding Association (4156) as well as Puppy Scam Awareness Australia (PSAA00073). You can rest assured that we are real, our puppies exist, we are extremely approachable, open and upfront about our entire breeding program and our puppies.
Puppies will be wormed fortnightly from two weeks, vaccinated, vet checked and microchipped at 6 weeks, fed a premium, Australian made diet. Regularly checking in with our local vet. A period of free pet insurance, birth certificate and the observation chart with weight recordings and time of birth etc. The price reflects the quality of puppies, the level of health these puppies will inherit and the care they receive, as well as the time dedicated to their proper development.
A very special puppy pack consisting of many goodies for your pup to settle in with will be sent home with you on the day of collection.
And most importantly a very beautiful, healthy, thriving, loved, affectionate, loving ball of fluff.
